Rooms have beautifully traditional decor but have fine modern features like step-in showers and adequate air conditioning. Hotel is on a quiet, elegant, leafy residential street, but still convenient. It is in an early 1900's building that resembles a mansion but had been a US Embassy building. Most importantly, staff is especially knowledgeable and helpful.

Amazing location in Rome and the rooms are modern and comfortable albeit a little small. No drink making facilities in the rooms with a coffee machine only in the reception. They put this on free vend during the hours of breakfast. This hotel is desperate for drinks in the room

This hotel is very centrally located, only a 7-8 minutes walk from the main train station, the Termini as well as many of the top tourist attractions which are within a 20-25 minutes walk. Buffet breakfast was adequate, nothing particularly special and the staff was efficient, not very friendly. The same thing at the front desk during check-in and out. Not super friendly or proactively helpful. The area has plenty of restaurants and such as well as high end shopping. Termini has many shops that provide all the needs. The area is very safe and not uncomfortable even late at night. I would stay here again if I were to visit the area due to its central location and spacious rooms.

Stayed in one of the bungalows and absolutely loved it. It was like staying in your own private resort. It was clean and nicely decorated. It’s also located in the perfect spot in Santa Monica. We’ll be back!

Ice machine has a water dispenser next to it!

The best airbnb Ive stayed at in New York with the best price for our family of 6. The place was so clean, amenities looked brand new. It had a homey feel to it, my kids didnt want to leave. We will definently be booking again in the future.
