The Riggs is a beautiful, luxurious property that's perfectly located for walking to museums and sites. The staff are amazing - kind and engaging, and always on hand to assist in any way. The rooms are beautiful with upscale amenities and very, very comfortable beds. The on-site restaurant offers unique, delicious plates for appetizers and meals.
Super clean, amazing architecture and upscale amenities make this a definite return!

Hotel was excellent, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Staff was extremely helpful and the room was very clean. The rooftop restaurant had amazing views of the capital, the monument and other attractions of the city. This will be our go to hotel for whenever we are back in DC as we frequent there a lot.

Staff at the hotel were friendly and informative. We were fortunate enough to be able to check in early which was appreciated due to flying in on a red eye flight. The breakfast seemed overpriced for what it was, however, the fruit was fresh as were the pastries.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shuttle to Union Station was great and always as scheduled.
