Beautiful hotel. Quiet. Safe. Clean. Disappointed by: No coffee maker in our room. Bedside lamp broken. No GF options for breakfast (fruit and a hard boiled egg - nothing warm; no granola even)

Absolutely loved the room, the view, and amenities. Staff was so helpful and friendly as well!

The hotel is in a great location. We were there to attend the world junior games. Walking distance to the arena. Green line across the street and took it to several spots of interest. The restaurant on site had a good selection of food but had the best margarita ever.

Room was very beautiful, spacious and comfortable with very high ceilings. Loved the eco large bottles of Le Labo in the bathroom. Great and friendly service from front desk staff. Would definitely stay again.

The first day was fine although the shower could have used a good cleaning. But, the maid didn’t clean the room at all that day so the second day wasn’t ss pleasant,

We loved the room and the hotel, but the hotel was the site of a protest during our stay and hotel management did nothing to offset the disruptions (besides offering us a refund if we chose to leave - which would have been more disruptive than staying!)
