The staff at The Crib were wonderful and assisted us with all our requests. The hotel location is right in the centre of Patong - close to everthing. You can walk to Jungceylon shopping centre, Bangala Road and the Patong Beach. The booking of tours made easy with Na providing her expert knowledge. Khab kun ka for our wonderful 18 day stay.

My stay here was great. Staff were lovely and although the hotel was close to everything, the noise wasn’t disturbing. I would definitely stay there again.

Great property and amenities, staff were kind and helpful

Breakfast staff 😋 especially the Doorman & Toew and the cooking staff. They all made us feel extremley welcomed every morning and nothing was an effort. Our housekeeper , just the most patient and beautiful lady thank you. Reception staff,i can see you are ruled with an iron fist, but i did see your beauty and patience. When booking this hotel, remember the price you are paying. The hotel is a little tired and renovations are constant. Very close to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel for a budget friendly holiday.

Pool area very outdated and uninspiring. One night of no hot water but fixed the next day. Transport minibus with loud exhaust idling for 2 hours outside my window

I can not recommend this hotel enough. Great location but enough removed from main strip that its quiet. 7 min walk to beach, 10 min walk to night markets and shopping centres. Staff were also amazing. I fell ill and they were great and assisted and catered to my requirements.

I stayed for the second time at Pacific Club Resort, and they continue to live up to their 'home away from home' excellence. The rooms and amenities are clean, comfortable and high quality, and all the staff are friendly and customer service focused - many remembered me from my last visit. I had an issue with the balcony door lock at 11pm at night that was fixed within 15 minutes - definitely exceeding my expectations. I very much enjoyed the buffet breakfast with made to order egg station, and the restaurant food is excellent. The resort is very close to a convenience store, fruit market and other restaurants and services, but far enough away from the main street to be safe and quiet. Thank you Pacific Club for another wonderful stay - I'll see you again next year!
