Ski Mont Gabriel Cheap Vacations

The location was good. The place was very big. Bed and TV were great. Luggage storage was convenient. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Areas that need improvement: Stain on the bed sheets. Towel bar broken off the wall. Dirty bathroom fan that didn’t work. Hole in bathroom door. Dryer vents had not been cleaned and were full of lint Although we booked and paid three months ahead of time they gave us a room in the basement. No lap top station as described when we booked the room. Noisy in the basement room. Only one hand towel provided. Limited storage for clothes. Although we communicated some of these deficiencies after check in, nobody ever came to address them.

Awesome experience, beautiful hotel

I was unable to leave the room due to sudden back problem. Room Service, housekeeping,concierge were sympathetic ,courteous and helpful. Food was delivered on a timely basis, delicious and nicely presented.

We asked to check in early and were told they were cleaning our room at 1. We kept checking back every hour or so and apparently they were still cleaning the room and then waiting for someone to come in and verify the job was done. By the time we got into our room right at 4 PM we noticed there was a base of a wine glass that was broken underneath the desk as well as a few shards of glass near it. We weren't given any sort of compensation for it and it was a bit disappointing given that the reason we weren't able to check in was because they spent so much time cleaning and verifying the room was ready. This was one of the more expensive terrace rooms as well. A bit disappointing.

Room was lovely and the view was amazing. Hotel is very close to all amenities - easily within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, as well as Cirque de Soleil.

In general it was a nice week in this hotel. May be the prices need to be reduced.

The whole unit was clean and accommodating. The only negative thing I would say would be the bedding. Very basic and had very lumpy comforter. Wasn’t the best sleep. Expected a little bit more quality at that price point. Other than that, great spot.

Parking was expensive and the valet was slow. The air conditioning was intermittent at best. Otherwise the stay was great! The location was very convenient.
