Outstanding stay at ECHIC Mercure International Hotel! Located right in the business hub, it was incredibly convenient for the Canton Fair, yet peaceful enough for family travel. The area around the hotel has plenty of great shops and places to explore. The front desk team was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making check-in fast and smooth. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the thoughtful service throughout our stay truly impressed us. We absolutely loved everything. Will definitely stay again on our next business trip to Guangzhou!

Location is strategic. The room is clean. The cleaner Long Chun Lane (龙春兰）from Level 26 made our stay very pleasant. She was very helpful and made sure our room is clean everyday. Thank you for making our stay pleasant. Love the welcome drink. The only thing is the name of the hotel is very confusing as it’s totally different from what I booked in the app. If coming from MRT, it’s difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. Lifts are a bit slow. Hope there will be a clear hotel signage at the lift area. Overall it’s a decent hotel. Thank you all for the warm hospitality!

Very quiet room and no noise adjacent or outside. Very friendly front desk staff. Very attentive and kind. Great to see and experience that kind of excellent service and friendliness. Very clean room. Spacious and comfortable room, linens, etc.

Very clean and nice place to stay , I was staying in 8th floor, everything looks perfect except at the midnights can really clearly to hear the machine noise, I am a very light sleeper, I don’t have a good sleep at that night . But I still love this hotel , King size bed with huge bath tub . Hope I can get more quiet room for my next trip .

I had a fantastic stay at the Sofitel. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and excellent service. The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and eager to help, making the entire experience feel effortless from check-in to check-out. The facilities were excellent, and the location was ideal for both business and sightseeing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options, and every area of the hotel was beautifully maintained. A special mention for the team, who were always courteous and attentive without being intrusive. It’s clear they take pride in delivering a first-class guest experience. Overall, this is a hotel I would happily recommend and would definitely stay at again. Thank you to everyone at Sofitel for making my visit such an enjoyable one.
