General Burnside State Park Cheap Vacations

I did not like that my breakfast was not included in the complimentary choice of breakfast due to the room I booked even though the room was a hospitality room booking.

Beautiful hotel. The art was a very cool aspect of the hotel. The room was a bit disappointing though. Our shower leaked horribly and the controls wouldn't go colder than "still quite hot". For the price, you expect it to function properly.

Spacious and peaceful 2 queens, huge shower, modern The entire property is very well maintained. We felt ver, safe there with a 24 hour door person. Fantastic restaurant and bar .

The lady who owned the property was nice. She let us know where everything was and her dog was super sweet and walked with us to our room. The property itself was much older and not maintained well, but if she was the groundskeeper too I’d say it would be hard to manage. We couldn’t find a way to Lock the door from the outside, which was an issue if we left to go somewhere. Town wasn’t far from the property but not really walkable. The room wasn’t dirty per-say, but hadn’t been swept well and was just older and dusty. We didn’t meet up for breakfast, we just got up and left early. I would have much rather saved money and stayed at a hotel.
