I felt like this was marketed as a much more luxurious stay, it was clean but felt much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The service was also pretty bad any time I asked for anything no one got back to me which I found strange. I feel like if you are going to appear to be a luxurious property you need to act like one. In addition there were no towels by the beach available.

This hotel was absolutely the best. Upon checking in, I was given a cup of rum punch. The rooms were excellent. The view was great. The location was wonderful. In fact, the Bayside marketplace was right across the street. We were able to do a few excursions at the Bayside marketplace. One bin, a sunset, champagne cruise. The pool wrapped around three sides of the building. They even had an area for you to sit that had indoor outdoor grass. The great thing about the pool area is you can order a cocktail and a bite to eat. I would definitely return.

I had a truly excellent stay and felt comfortable from the very first moment. The apartment was extremely clean, brand new, modern, and very well equipped — everything I needed was there. The high-quality cotton bedding ensured great sleep, and the overall standard exceeded expectations. The amenities are fantastic. The rooftop is amazing, with beautiful views, and the hot tub is especially enjoyable on cooler days. Everything is clearly very well maintained and carefully looked after. There are also dedicated areas for breakfast and quiet, separated workspaces, which makes it easy to relax or work peacefully away from the common areas. The staff were professional, friendly, and very responsive. All my questions were answered quickly, and anything I needed was taken care of immediately. Even though there is construction nearby, it did not affect the calm and restful atmosphere at all. The location is one of the biggest advantages. Bayfront Park, Bayside Marketplace, and the Miami Worldcenter area are all just a few minutes’ walk away, offering restaurants, nightlife, waterfront walks, and attractions — perfect for enjoying the city both day and night without needing a car. Wynwood, the Design District, and Brickell are about 10 minutes away, and Miami Beach is easy to reach by Uber or public transportation, including free local options. The Brightline station is also very close.

Breakfast at the bar in lobby had limited options, ordered something warmed up, delivered to me ice cold, simple service was a struggle.

We had a great stay at President Hotel Villa and stayed in a Deluxe Room. The room was clean, bright, and very comfortable. I want to give special thanks to Henry at the front desk — his service was outstanding. He was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. It’s rare to meet someone who cares so genuinely about guests. Breakfast was included, the price was very fair, and the location is perfect. The hotel is close to the beach but on the second line, which makes it quiet and peaceful. The nearby beach is also very nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.
