The staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Clean room, cool concept. Very green and environmentally friendly. Only downside was somewhat cramped toilet (If you've been to Japan, you'll know what I mean). And the light would go off in the toilet room every 5 minutes or so. But the shower and bathtub were great. And great view too for a good price. Lots of ammenities in the room like a Microwave and big fridge

We initially had a small rom but got upgraded - thank you - to a room with a patio; good beds and nice modern bathroom; restaurant in the main building, good for evening snacks/platters; good breakfast; wish we had had more time to explore the area and surrounding nature trails

Nice rooms not good location

My wife and I spent four nights at the Baglioni Luna Hotel and it was truly memorable. While it is undeniably expensive, we felt it was worth every euro. The location is unbeatable—just around the corner from St Mark’s Square, ideal for exploring Venice. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, perfect for unwinding after long days walking the city. The breakfast room is absolutely breath-taking—a stunning, frescoed space that feels like dining in a Venetian palace. What really sets this hotel apart is the outstanding service. The staff noticed that the dates of my reservation didn’t match our flights or transfer arrangements. They contacted me and helped sort everything. If I had one critique, it would be that the website displays a beautiful terrace which, I believe is only attached to a single suite—not a facility available to most guests. It would be helpful if this were made clearer. Overall, a superb hotel with exceptional staff. We would happily return

Everything was amazing. Staff was very helpful and the free breakfast was great before a long day of hiking.

Hotel, everyone and everything were top class Alberto was so welcoming and made sure I had a great room with a fantastic Mountain View. Dining was very good and the waiter service was 1st class. Better then so called top restaurants A little remote but the quiet and the drive there was great. I will hopefully come back 1 day
