Hotel needs a revamp.
Gym is very small and outdated, rooms are old.
It works for a place to sleep on the strip, but if you like the finer details like nice bedding, quiet rooms, modern bathrooms, then you’ll want to look elsewhere.

The property has a great location right across from Waikiki Beach and is close to plenty of shopping. The property itself could use some upgrades, but I still totally recommend it.

We had a wonderful 4 days at turtle bay. We were able to see whales from our hotel balcony and really enjoyed the beach and pools.

The staff here are amazing, so friendly and helpful . This is an older hotel but has been upgraded and has walk out balconies with nuce views. From the hotel you can walk to the beach and be there in about 2 minutes or less , i made it there about a minute. There is a pool on floor 2 ,and a bar/club in the main lobby .
Dave,Lenard,and Calvin took care of me and my family. They were very knowledgeable of local spots ,things ti do and where to go . Your walking distance to alot of restaurants,shopping and gift shops . I would definitely stay here again innthe future .

I booked for Diamond Head view room. But my room was upgraded to Ocean View room without my awareness. The room I got was right behind the elevator. It was noisy, and the view was much poorer than the room with Diamond Head I had in my previous stay. It was, in realitg, a downgrade.
