I had a wonderful stay at this airport hotel. The property is modern, and the staff at check-in were friendly and professional. My room was spotless, very comfortable, and impressively quiet — ideal for an overnight stay before my flight. Even though we were right next to the airport, I didn’t hear a thing, thanks to what must be triple-glazed windows.
We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and both the food and service were excellent. The wait staff were attentive, and the whole experience couldn’t be faulted.
The shuttle service was very convenient, picking up right outside the hotel and getting us to Terminal 5 in about 15 minutes.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

we didn't like that you have 2 x hotels with the same name that are 10 miles apart
we ended up at the wrong hotel & had to catch a cab to the correct one, after a very long tiring flight

After reading reviews on this property I was not looking forward to our stay. The hotel is very pleasant and rooms were nice, unfortunately the room we were provided had no Air conditioning and the heat was unbearable. Good hotel for 1/2 nights
