It is purely the location. It is very far out of the way and to travel back and forth between things to do takes about 40 minutes to an hour bus ride. No taxis will pick you up in the area to bring you anywhere, at least this was my experience. The staff were nice and helpful but one staff woman at the breakfast did try to pocket HK$100 from us when we paid for our meal using cash. This was very normal behavior in mainland China but I did not expect it from Hong Kong as well. Just be careful and make sure to count your money and know what people owe you back and count it in front of them.

Everything was perfect! Our first overseas trip with an infant, the hotel provided baby cot, bathtub, baby food warmer and steriliser.
Love the breakfast buffet! We had such an enjoyable trip and stay. Will definitely be back!
