Perfect room size for 2+1. The river view was breathtaking especially in the late evening while serenade of colors highlighted other buildings surrounding the Trump Tower hotel. Good food at the restaurant and nice staff helping you to enjoy the memorable time during the visit. We will be back in near future for surr!

Excellent in every way!

Tbh... This hotel is beautiful. However the staff... I had no issues during my stay. The check in process was laughable. The male staff member that checked me in barely said two words. I'm assuming he thought this was cool? Any questions I asked him seemed to be a nuisance. Check out was even worse. They tried to tell me that my card wasn't charged when I could fully see the notification that I had just been charged on my credit card. To top it off they never said a kind word or made you feel like you were welcome or appreciated. However the housekeeping staff were excellent-efficient, accommodating and very kind. I won't be spending my hard earned money here again.
