Breakfast had a good variety.Better quality croissants & pastry items would have been nice.Toasting machine wasn't toasting the bread well.

I stayed here for 3 nights just one week before Christmas and I was stunned by how beautiful the festive decorations were in the lobby area. The hotel itself is spacious, beautifully furnished, and the food at the 3 restaurants is excellent. The complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail hour at the Club Lounge was also excellent. The staff were efficient, courteous and always smiling. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay

After almost 45 minute (not exaggerating) the staff at the reception finally found our reservation. Although I shared the print out of my reservation, they had issues and two and three staff had to get involved. They did upgrade my daughters room to the same as ours, however they did not get access to the lounge. After the initial fiasco the rest of our stay was flawless and the entire staff could not have been kinder, attentive and above and beyond. We will stay with Leela hotels in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I've had. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel’s prime location made it easy to connect to either side of Mumbai, which was very convenient. Despite the busy and crowded environment, check-in was smooth, and from start to finish, I felt genuinely well looked after. So much so that I chose to extend my stay for an additional full week. It’s truly the staff who make a remarkable difference here. With their smiling faces, warmth, professionalism, and attentive service, they created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel special every step of the way. There wasn't a single moment during my visit where I felt disappointed or let down. If you're seeking superior service, delicious food, and impressive accommodations, this hotel offers all that and more. I can confidently say I will be returning again. Thank you for making my stay memorable.
