Very convenient location in Old Quebec City ~ close to cruise port. Very clean hotel and friendly, helpful staff. We arrived mid morning and they stowed our luggage while we started exploring the city. Would choose this location again!

Beautiful, clean hotel. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Was upgraded to a beautiful corner suite, which was a pleasant surprise! Will definitely stay here again in the future.

This is one of those places where you can’t lock the door from the inside of the room and there’s no humans around to check you in or help you quickly solve any issues and it will take you a minute to get ahold of someone, it’s creepy and weird !

We debated staying at the Fairmont, but I’m so glad we chose to stay here instead! The hotel is in an amazing location — everything is within walking distance, which made exploring so easy and convenient. We loved that it’s a smaller boutique hotel because it felt more personal, and it was so easy to pop back up to our room whenever we wanted. The hotel was extremely clean, and we absolutely loved the layout of our room. It was comfortable, stylish, and had everything we needed. We also stayed with our two dogs, and the hotel went above and beyond to make them feel welcome. Our room had a dog bed, bowls, a little bow tie, and even homemade dog treats! 🐾 It was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel like our dogs were genuinely welcomed, not just tolerated. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, we had such a great experience and would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Quebec!
