Awesome hotel clean and exceeded expectations. Actually had a scare and lost my passport. The front desk went out of their way called the local police station helped with translating and tracked it down in 15 mins. I am forever grateful for their service. Beyond that room was clean, anything I needed they were there to help!

Excellent hotel, staff were incredibly helpful when I needed to forward my bags to the next hotel. Rooms are large and spacious and very close to Universal and shops would definitely stay again.

First I need to give all of the staff a big thank you for accommodating some very tired people taking the Shinkansen straight to Kyoto after a 14hr flight - they made it very simple to navigate the hotel! It isn't very far from the JR Kyoto station - a quick walk to the east and you'll see it. Our room was one with a wonderful private balcony with real plants covering up the view. We enjoyed much tea and coffee while taking in the garden. The whole room was tastefully designed and appointed, and we greatly appreciated the giant table large enough for both of us to sprawl out. The room comes with free water and choices of Illy coffee (including decaf) and good bagged tea; for a price you can also enjoy sencha in a true teapot. Housecleaning is extremely attentive as well. We wished to try the breakfast but never did, although we did go to Kizahashi for dinner as a walk-in. If you do as we did, you will have a single set menu which is excellent on its own, but if you are looking for any of their other menus (incl. the vegetarian menu) you must book in advance. The restaurant is worth a go if you enjoy the art of cuisine, as much attention is paid to the balance of flavour, texture, and presentation. Had we more time in Kyoto, we would have gone to all of their restaurants - alas, we were only in the city for a few days. I hope to be back soon, as I feel like we didn't have quite enough time to explore both the city and the hotel - the hotel on its own is an attraction!

Friendly staff, very clean room and very comfortable beds! Wonderful to have a comfortable lounge area to relax after a busy day! So good - highly recommend!!!⭐️

Good location with easy access to the railway network. Also very close to Osaka Castle.

Nice place to stay with family

Upgrade your roll to the 28th floor or higher it’s worth it. It’s double the room size and the view is insane. Would say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at
