Room was very nice and the location was great. The staff was late checking in.

The staff were extremely friendly and available. The room was very clean. Bed was comfy. It was the biggest breakfast with the most healthy options I have ever seen at a "Breakfast included" hotel.

I forgot something in the room and the staff had it saved for me and returned it only if I had my ID. Terrific service I’ve been to places where they would’ve said it’s gone you forgot it but 1 Hotel Toronto cares about their clientele

This Hotel is in a great location , but most of all the staff were amazing very helpful and professional they really couldn’t to enough to help and make you feel welcome. I love staying here for trips to downtown Toronto. The staff is amazing and the service in the restaurant wonderful. Best part is entrance/exit to the PATH especially for cold and snowy days. Love walking from the train at Union Station directly to the hotel and do not even have to put on my coat. Great room coffee and great cafe in the hotel as well.
