The place was great and convenient to everything

The hotel was perfect in every way.

We stayed in Building 5100, Room A, and had a mixed experience. Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen, dining table, separate living area, bedroom, and a bathroom with a hot tub. The location was excellent, close to the Disney parks, with plenty of parking and low noise levels. The pool near our building was clean with great hours. The main resort pool with the lazy river and slides was fun, and Javier the security guard was attentive, polite, and friendly. The Mexican restaurant on site had good food, drinks, and service. Check in and check out were easy. Cons: Cleanliness and service were disappointing. Upon arrival, we found a clipped fingernail in our bed. We called room service at 4:00 pm, but no one arrived until nearly 10:00 pm after multiple calls. We also requested room cleaning for the next day, which was approved, but the room was never cleaned. Water pressure in the bathroom was very poor. Paying extra to access the main resort pool felt unreasonable, especially since it closed for cleaning for almost an hour and a half, leaving limited time before closing. Bar drinks were good, but lines were long due to only two bartenders, and the second floor bar never opened, forcing guests downstairs. Overall, the room and location were strong, but service issues and extra fees negatively impacted our stay.

Overall the stay was ok, the resort is huge and nice but we had a few issues. The room smelled like chemicals when we got there, I’m sure it was just what they used to clean the room but I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and never had a room smell so strong of chemicals. There was an extra fee to use the water park which was never mentioned during booking which upset my daughter very much because she really looked forward to playing and we arrived 30 Minutes before it closed and wasn’t going to pay $25 when I thought it was included. The front desk staff that checked us in also told me the wrong closing times for the water park so we thought we had a lot more time than we actually had. The bar at the pool was supposed to be open until 7pm according to the website but closed at about 6:15pm. We tried calling the restaurant to see if we could order Togo from there and the never answered multiple calls. Overall, it was a nice hotel but I definitely expected more only to be disappointed over and over again.

House could have been a bit cleaner otherwise we enjoyed our stay

When we arrived we had a few issues with the house and pool. We addressed front desk and they went out of their way to make us very happy and made our trip even more enjoyable. Front desk was very welcoming and a pleasure to speak with. The water park was fun for the kids, the house we had was great, had a full arcade and pool/hottub. About 25 min from the Disney parks. Great location and about 10 min to target, Walmart and Publix. If we were to go back to Orlando, we would most definitely go back.

This is a unique property high end amenities comfortable beds and then there is the restaurant.
