Vancouver Coast Beach Vacations

The room was clean and comfortable and the location is handy (although be prepared to encounter a lot of addiction), however the overall experience was disappointing. When I was at the front desk, someone else was checking in for under $300, almost half of what I paid. After some discussion, I was told that you could get a better rate by calling and haggling with them. No thanks, but I would be wary of paying $550 per night when others are paying much less. I would not order the breakfast 'deal' again either. The menu is very different from what you can find on-line. There were only four choices. I had a 'avocado bagel' - it was tasty enough, but came with 4 roasted potatoes. Not hash browns, just plain potatoes. My son had waffles. They came with a very little bit of drizzled syrup and a bowl of fruit sitting in water with a dob of whipped cream on top (that just melted into the water). The sides were weird, the environment strange - rather than in the restaurant, breakfast is served in a room that feels more like a social room for a condo with a view of an unused concrete patio. There are many other restaurants nearby that have a better vibe and better coffee for the same $. Finally, save your time and mental health by renting a bike instead of breaking your knees and back on the 'complimentary bikes'. They were terrible. We weren't offered a ride in the Tesla, but I'm sure it's a nice perk.

Clean and comfy and perfect location. Staff are very nice as well. We love staying here.

I was surprised that the room had complete amenities, it exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time we travel to Vancouver.

Overall, a nice property in a good location and great support staff. It was really easy to check in and check out, and the inside was clean and felt safe.
