Appalachian Plateau Beach Vacations

Upside: The beds were comfortable and the air worked well. Downside: We booked a room through Expedia and it was a king bed suite with a full living area. When we arrived, there were not enough agents checking people in and it took almost 30 minutes to check in. We got to our room and it was not the suite we booked. It had double beds, not a king and no living room.The bathroom was so small it barely fit one person. We were still charged a premium for the suite and no reimbursement was made for the change of the room.I was told by the front desk that because I booked through Expedia, I was given whatever was available. Apparently, as a customer, your reservation does not count and is not guaranteed unless you book directly through the property.They had no problem charging full price for the suite though. We went to pick up our car from valet and called ahead 20 minutes as instructed to minimize the wait time. When we got downstairs to pick up our vehicle we waited another 15 minutes. No car. Approached valet and were told they were so busy they weren't even looking at the call aheads. Just poor service all around. There are better choices in the area. We won't stay here again.

Beautiful large boutique hotel within walking distance from pnc stadium which is why we stayed there. Our room was spacious and clean. Valet parking $50 a night so we opted to stay in the Self Park across the Street for $16. We found the breakfast for $60 was overpriced so we did not Partake And found a great Turkish Cafe that had a wonderful vegetable.Hotel is within walking distance of theater, museums, restaurants. Our biggest complaint was considering how expensive the hotel was overall is paying daily for WiFi which is ridiculous. Sense even the Holiday ends have free WiFi
