I love how convenient it is. I love how close the beach is. Eating areas are close by. Friendly staff.

I loved the look of the place but the room was a case of form over function. I get the intent, to give the feel of being in a exotic tent on the Sahara. Thr problem was lack of simple function like a flat surface other rhan the bed, to put you jeys, sunglasses etc. There were no chairs in the room - again the form of a cool camel caravan tent with pillows to sit on. A small desk and chair would have made it oerfect.

It’s our 4th stay at Putahracsa. Good location, great staff, nice room, pools, easy access to beach and wonderful breakfast buffet.

Easy area to walk around and explore

Mixed review. The room was amazing and dpacious with an enormous bed and I had a great view overlooking the sea. The housekeeping staff and the team at breakfast were also very friendly and always greeted, but the rest of the staff were a bit stand offish, especially at the pool. I went to The Club one evening to get a coffee and something small to eat, but was told they only had a buffet and it was mostly for club members, even though the sign clearly says hotel guests welcome. It was suggested I go somewhere else, which I did and did eat again, other than breakfast, at this resort.
