Nice place, delightful staff

Accidentally broke a shampoo bottle, charged me 500000 rupiah for it, I could see around 100000 or 150000 but this was shocking, and unfair

The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. The staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel is conveniently located near Galaxy Mall.

Was fine for the price, but the room had a mold smell, and the carpet was covered in stains. Was clean though and the bed was clean and super comfortable. Staff were very nice. Area around is okay, mall is nice, but not much around besides that.

I cannot speak highly enough about hotel staff, friendly, welcoming, helpful. From the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, staff in the Chamas and 2nd floor restaurants, bar area were excellent. Food including room service was of a high quality. Very happy with my 4 night stay and highly recommend.
