It’s a very pretty hotel

Very clean, very well kept. Lovely staff. Nice little touch to put the suitcases in our room after we left them until check in time. Room was cosy with high ceilings and a lovely balcony door. Good tv and channel selection. Fantastic location for us. 6 min walk from the bus to take you to and from the airport. (Bus 397).

We had a lovely stay in a twin room which was in the building opposite the main hotel. Communication with the hotel before we arrived was great and we were able to leave our cases before check in and after check out which really helped. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner included and also tea and coffee facilities in the room. We did have trouble with the steps as we both have problems with our knees and there were about 10 steep steps to get into the building so it was an extra challenge with our cases and bags so keep this in mind when deciding which building as the main building doesn't have as many stairs. I would recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.

Staff was fantastic! Restaurants were great as well. The location of the hotel cannot be beat. In a quiet area Away from the hustle and bustle, that’s still close to the main attractions. Our room had a fantastic view over a canal – look like a painting. Upgrading to a canal view is worth it.

Clean room, friendly helpfull staff

Cute rooms. Great location. Good amenities. The connected bar is superb with fantastic drinks, food, and service.

Very charming hotel, intricate exquisite features, amazing breakfast/dining area, excellent breakfast choices, healthy and delicious. Staff were very helpful, polite and attentive. Rooms were very clean, nicely updated bathrooms. Even though we had an amazing canal view we found the room a little dark - more lighting (brighter) would be helpful. The bathroom and the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper. The service was terrible.

staff were good, room was clean and I especially appreciated the complimentary beer and snacks. Didn't feel like I was being nickel and dimed.

Good location. Close to but just outside the city center. Close to De Pijp. Friendly staff. Room was fine.
