It was dark and dank. No room service. It felt sketchy. The room was lovely as well as the restaurant but it just felt more like a nightclub vibe.

Rooms were nice and clean. Mattress comfy but not sheets. No working fridge and empty ice machines...no brewed complimentary coffee in the morning and pricey not included breakfast.

There were no amenities outside of the gym. No room service or bell man. For a hotel listed as 5-star, I feel like some of these offerings should have been given. Also, the housekeeping would come really early and wake us up, even though we stated we wanted a later cleaning.
With that being said, the location was really good. However, I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again.
