「Great communication 」

「I checked in just before 8:00 PM during a 33-hour road trip with the goal of getting a full night of rest. At approximately 3:00 AM, I was awakened by a rat in my room. It was eating my dog’s food and stuffing the food inside my shoes next to the bed. This was a serious sanitation and safety issue, not a minor inconvenience. 「The stay was exactly what was mentioned. The resort is clean and I didn't find any issues. Instructions were direct and the resort gave no problems even booking through VRBO. The host answered all my questions and was prompt. We had 10 adults a 2 and 11 year old and were comfortable. The location was close to downtown area but still recommend a car to get there. It was about 10 min drive. I highly recommend 」

「This was our first roadtrip with our little ones and their cousins, ages ranged from 15 years old to six months. The property had everything we needed. We didn’t have to pack our own pack and play. Everything was as advertised: close to downtown but private and scenic location. Our kids got to wake up to nature out the back window every morning. They enjoyed the peacefulness away from the bustle of suburbia. We will definitely be returning.」
