9/10 Wonderful! (537 reviews)
I booked this to enjoy a special experience - however, the place was not friendly to black people and the staff seemed to question my belonging. Money is green. I paid for luxury but got the cold shoulder. The internet in my room didn’t work as well.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,011 reviews)
Nice hotel in a great location downtown. Upon arrival, we received two drink credits at the bar, which is on the same floor as the reception desk. Comfortable and relaxing area to unwind after travel with a welcome drink,
Room and bed were comfortable and clean, free coffee in the morning in the restaurant. Didn't use gym or other amenities but all was wonderful.

Great stay nice place would definitely recommend and stay again
Only thing that was a little of a bummer was the breakfast was super limited and out of most things both days by 830am had a voucher for $15 and only got one little bacon egg cheese sandwich for it so not sure on price. The restaurant there was really good though.

8/10 Very Good! (4,084 reviews)
The restaurant they advertise has been closed for 2 years. We had no hot water, the room smelled.HorribleThere was someone's dirty clothes under our bed from the previous day.I understand it's an older hotel, but we've stayed older hotels before and never had this kind of experience for the money we paid.It should have been completely different , will not be returning
