The property was well situated within walking distance to all amenities. The mall, shopping and the seaside walkway. A good 30 minute walk to T-Mobile park. The room however requires cleaning and updates. The walls had stains or ?dirt? On the wallpaper, tap in the tub consistently dripped. The size of the room was perfect with a separate living area. It was quiet without street noise. Updating the elevator would be great, however it might be a difficult task due to the age of the historic building. Staffing at the front desk was an issue on checking and check out. Very limited staff in that area.

Called in advance to make sure they had a pack in play and they said they did. When I went to put my 11 month old to sleep the pack in play was broken and I was told that was the only one they had. Told me if I wanted one to go buy it myself. Everything around was closed. Very tough night sleep with baby.

I actually feel bad rating this as low as i did but since one man's behavior made us decide we will never stay there again i suppose the rating is fair. There was a gentleman working the evening shift Saturday night who was a real a$$####! We got back from a day out exploring and dinner and the parking situation was terrible. You mean you pay $20 for parking and there are not enough spots? We drove around the building twice with no luck finding a spot so we came back to the front to park in a valet only spot. Just as we were about t i get out an employee pulled out of another spot so we parked there but it had a sign for the coffee place only. So we went inside and were trying to explain this to him but he just wanted to argue saying there were 55 spots available. No they were all occupied but he continued. This man needs to leave customer service. Other than that everyone was nice and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was nice in the morning too. If he were gone I'd go back otherwise. Good luck I'm sure he will cost this hotel more business!

Staff were friendly and great. I booked only a few days in advance for 1 night to join up with other people and front desk person went out of his way to get our rooms on the same floor and as close together as possible. Great service.

6 stars for the staff! Arthur the bellman and Tomteo (?) the breakfast server. They quote “the largest room in the house is the room to improve “. Our experience was a service level that was always looking to surprise and delight. And the rooms and hotel are epic at large. Our new Seattle place to stay.

Parking is safe but not with someone who'll park besides your car, plate is A9122427 Washington temporary plate gray f-150. Room are clean and the washroom are nice and newly renovated. Staff are very accommodating and helpful.
