Generally ok place to stay. Staff are very helpful. We stayed in 1 BDRM with kitchen and it needs upgrade. Pool and hot tub area was very disappointing. Hot tub did not work well and water had odd green color. Basically hotel needs renovations.

Hotel was easy to get to and area has something for everyone. I enjoy walking and this area was perfect for me. There was something for everyone. I must have ended up around The Rocks, every night. The hotel room while comfortable, pillows were hard and room overall could use a soft upgrade to freshen the look. Our room faced a business building so the shades were down all the time as it was awkward to see them work at their desk. On the weekend we were able to keep the shades up. Staff was very nice and helpful. We did not partake in any of the services at the hotel as we had all of our meals while we were out but there were plenty of events happening at the hotel.

Very good location and hotel, but the beds are quite hard and terrible. Water pressure could be improved. Otherwise a great hotel.

Location is great, walkable to Harbour Bridge and Opera House. Loved the pool deck for the skyline views.

Great location! Walkable to tons of dining options and the beach is right there! I was hoping it was more of an ocean view but it’s obstructed by a huge building in front. The kitchenette is small but has everything you need! Beds are super comfortable! Pillows not so much. It’s also super loud when it’s windy and not really ideal to be on the balcony when the weather isn’t great. The master bedroom balcony door is locked and unable to open yet the balcony door in the spare room where our kids slept, was able to open. We did not like that. Overall good location and would stay again!

Really great room, bathroom was beautiful. Checkin was very slow, just one person on the desk. Parking is at the Star and not the easiest to find the car park and then get back to the right part of the hotel. Lots of construction happening.

Exceptional hotel true 5 star service, this hotel has everything you need for a perfect getaway. Easy walking distance to Surfers Paradise centre and beach patrol right out the front.
