Room was clean, kitchen was fully stocked, pool is across the street

From the concierges, to the valets, to the poolside wait staff, to the housekeeping, the hospitality was wonderful! We made the mistake of doing Uber instead of a rental car. Not the smartest idea considering it is really easy to get an Uber from the airport to Princeville, but very hard to get an Uber while at the hotel. The valet manager and staff were very helpful in arranging other transportation for us, and even drove us to and from the hotel to the the Princeville Market so we could try some other restaurants in addition to the ones at the hotel. Perfect access to the beach and fun trails to walk/hike.

The property and unit were great! We loved the pool and being across from Safeway! The full kitchen and patio table were great for breakfasts and dinners. The bbqs are immaculate! I honestly thought others don’t even use them but it’s actually that the staff keeps them so clean. You can’t really swim at the beach out front which isn’t the most ideal but we watched the sunrise from the beach every morning. The adirondack and sun chairs provided on the beach are great. The the location allows you to easily explore all the different areas of the island. Definitely recommend this property and location!

Beautiful pools and Spa, great local shuttle service. Our room did have some issues but they fixed it. Highly recommend

Hotel was nice enough. Directions to our room were not clear at all. Staff talked too fast, too quiet, marked up a map in a sloppy, not helpful way so we roamed the property before having to ask for help. Construction made access to our room with heavy bags challenging as they had to be carried up and down a handful of stairs. It would have been nice to have vending machines available in building 1 not just water and ice. Parking was additional cost and also confusing. Valet staff were the best part of the experience. So nice and helpful!

Perfection! I couldn’t imagine a better place than here! From the luxurious accommodation, to the stunning infinity pools, the farm to table restaurants and wonderful staff! This place is a cut above most places I stay! I got super lucky to find this perfect spot of paradise!
