Beautiful rooms and views of the bay, amenities in the room were wonderful (loved being able to open curtains from bed), excellent morning buffet, central location, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay went well.

The service during my 8-day stay was exceptional every day. I stayed in a Club Room and Nam and Tini were helpful and delightful.
When checking out, Paul helped me get myself and my luggage from my room and into a taxi to the airport. I appreciated all the assistance I received here. Guest services was also exceptional!! This is now my go-to hotel in Singapore.

Tiny tiny room. Felt like a rat in a cage. There are steps going to bathroom so if you have balance issues maybe choose another place. Not a great spot if you are a light sleeper
