Room was still not ready at 3:30 pm but got free breakfast as a compensation. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was small, but it may be a general problem to Singapore.Swimming pool was nice-looking.

Lovely looking hotel. Beautiful art. Comfortable bed. Amazing view. Large bathroom with good toiletries.
However kettle was broken. Internet unstable. Did not respond initially when messaged a question, prior to our arrival, about the airport shuttle. When I messaged again I was made aware that they do not have one and advised to get a taxi.
Staff appeared efficient when we were there. Our experience was improved by the kindness of the gentleman who took the time to help us with our bags and demonstrated kindness.
