Great stay, wonderful staff, clean, great restaurant

Nice property, easy walk to downtown. The room was great except for the thumping from kids running in the suite above us. They said these rooms were soundproofed, but the noise was quite noticeable. Breakfast was OK but eggs were overcooked.

Most beautiful ans super clean hotel just absolutely loved it … we came from Lavaltrie a bit far but would go back for sure!

The hotel is situated in a beautiful spot, the beach is fantastic, great place to walk and relax; the restaurant Fluke is excellent, the young chef Greg is extremely creative; the hotel is very modern, the room faced the beach and was spacious and comfortable. The problems were a lack of professional hospitality, by which I mean the reception and serving staff seemed poorly trained. The biggest problem for us absence of any good coffee on the premises; no real espresso machine either in the breakfast place or in the room (the coffee maker in the room is not great and does not provide an espresso; replacement with something like Nespresso would be good). To get a decent coffee one has to walk across to the other restaurant Fin Folk Food and that too we were not told until the 4th day of our stay! The breakfast is poorly designed and presented. They seemed to run out of key elements like nuts, berries, some types of bread etc. and the coffee at breakfast is terrible. It would greatly improve the attractiveness of the wonderful facilities and, especially, the location that the hotel has if the management and the service were improved.

Beautiful setting. Top rate. Very clean and the beds were lovely and comfortable. Food in the dining room was excellent for all meals. Staff warm and friendly. We were sorry the pool was freezing and the sauna didn’t heat up. These amenities were why I booked in the first place. The walk to the beach was so worth it, even in the rain. 😂
