Zürich Beach Vacations

I loved this hotel. They made me feel so welcomed as being my first time in Zurich. I will 100% recommend this hotel. Everything about this hotel was excellent.

Excellent hotel, very attentive staff. Room was spacious, lovely view of the lake, with a balcony to sit out on & enjoy a drink. Half bottle of champagne and chocolates on arrival in room was a lovely surprise. Both Eden Kitchen & La Muña dinning was of a very high standard.

A truly wonderful stay! We had an amazing experience at this beautiful hotel in Zurich. Everything was perfect – from the elegant atmosphere to the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely birthday gesture they made for my daughter – it was such a thoughtful and heartwarming surprise that made our trip even more special. The hotel towels in our room look worn and very thin. The bath towels are fairly small, about 2/3 the size of the regular towel size. Some of the towels are gray/off white instead of white. The AC unit blows air directly to the left side of the bed which made me sneeze badly. It also makes noises like dropping sand to metal, waking us up a couple of times during the night.

It’s a great hotel. I’m definitely going to use this hotel on my next trip

The staff was wonderful and very attentive to everything. The property was very clean and well taken care of.

Very European style hotel. Not much on the amenity side and no air conditioning. They have done what they can with an older building to make it comfortable. Staff is great very professional. My only negative comment is with Zurich being a major business and tourist hub I would like to have had breakfast available to me earlier than 7 am. Most hotels I have stayed in offer a 6 am start time. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.
