Very overpriced - no bath tub, no complimentary biscuits- even moving the snacks you will get charged!
Can’t use fridge, takes forever to get an ice bucket and even we did died it’s for our champagne- they didn’t bring any glasses- just an ice bucket!!!
No basic toiletries like shower cap/vanity kit
no swimming pool, gym doesn’t open until 9am, car park not immediately accessible from hotel
Staff not knowledgeable about their facilities/amenities
For the price we pay for 1night….its really overpriced and lack the 5stars touches
