Great hotel! Friendly staff, clean and very comfortable bed!

Excellent central location. The hotel is clean and cozy. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff some where more friendlier than others but over all great place to stay.

The hospitality was amazing

Clean upgraded well appointed room. Very stylish and well laid out, comfy bed and pillows allowed for good rest. EXCEPT: a half point deduction of I could fit train noise, but this is to be expected for the location. The noise is only a problem for very light sleepers not used to city centers, a second night the brain would have assimilated the noise. Location is excellent with an incredibly beautifully renovated and gentrified historic train station. Tons of eating and drinking establishments to chose from right in the station.

Room was not ready on time. They did upgrade us but the room’s bathroom was so dark we could not see. They then brought in a floor lamp for the bathroom. Someone signed for our Amazon package delivered to front desk but they couldn’t find it and never offered to reimburse us.

Clean rooms, staff, amenities... we will be back!

Lovely all around. Great bar, delicious restaurant (though pricey), cozy rooms, huge TVs, bathrobes, mini bar, balanced lighting (so important for me). I needed to relax after demanding work month and this was the right choice
