“We were in town for a national football tournament, and the on-site laundry was incredibly convenient and really helped us out. The place was quiet and felt safe throughout our stay.”

Pick up keys was easy but in a run down place. Apartment: the view was amazing and was able to enjoy a wine each afternoon on the balcony. Pool was beautiful but not warm. Indoor pool warmer which had spa connected too it but there was way too many people and lots of chaos and no hotel supervision. The bathrooms: main bed bathroom was gross. So much mould in the grout of shower and floors. On ceiling and around shower, and probably due to no exhaust fans working. 2nd room bathroom ok. Hair in drain etc. pillows lumpy need replacing and all blankets not washed in ages, had smell to them. NO LOCKS WORKED. Balcony door did not lock (47th floor) . That’s a safety hazard . Bathroom doors also didn’t lock . Great to have washer and dryer in little laundry but was quite dirty and gross. Floors were slimy and re mopped that. If the place was cleaned properly it would be ok. The locks is the main issue. Advised company through a review after checking in and had no response. Apartment could do with a reno in regards to sofa which was uncomfortable due to the pole in your back and beds and pillows etc. location great, view was beautiful and place was tidy. Wouldn’t call it luxury apartments though. Provide your own pool towels too which was fine.

Cleanliness , location , amenities , views were all excellent

We had an amazing stay…the hotel is beautiful, the staff were extremely friendly and efficient…nothing was too much for them. They made our stay so welcoming and comfortable. I could not fault them and will definitely come back again. Thank you for an incredible experience

The appartment was very basic in terms of fitout and furnishings( kitchen utensils etc). Only one large and one small towel per person per stay regardless of the length (12 day stay in our case) which was quite insufficient IMO, even though there is laundry ( which is the management agency argument ) 2 towels pp would be a bare minimum given the length of stay. No service midway again didn't expect a clean but a re-supply of towels would have been nice given the length of stay. There should be different service depending on the duration of stay, so in our case, staying 12 days and to be "treated" the same as someone staying for 5 or 7 doesn't make sense. So a mini service at least say every 7 days at least would make sense.

The room is not in great condition, not look like a 5 star

Lights in the vanity area is not bright enough. It's too dim. Other than that room is spacious and clean.

Clean room, great view, good facilities, could work on room service efficiency.

The pool was nice and not to far to walk to the beach.
