Car parking was abit confusing otherwise great place to stay

The apartment was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The staff were wonderful.

Exceptional apartment with amazing views. Facilities were impeccable and location was perfect. Can not recommend higher.

The property was well located. It is basically an apartment building (not a hotel) and you are renting a condo. You get keys, and the beach is well located across the street. There are clearly full time tenants/owners also in the building from the state of the garage. Also many families there, and it seems well suited to family vacations (if you don't like screaming kids then FYI). There are no restaurants or stores in walking distance so buying groceries ahead is necessary. There are few cool restaurants or bars to walk to so Uber is a good idea. The decoration and furniture is a bit dated, but it was clean. Also, do your own dishes or you will be charged, there was a sign on the counter about that. The view from our unit was great, though, we could see the surf.

Hotel has multiple restaurants and all of them are great! Multiple pools as well and generally just a wonderful place to stay in.

Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Stayed in the deluxe king ocean and the view was incredible! The rooms were clean, the staff were nice and the amenities were so well maintained. Highly highly highly recommend if you are coming to the Gold Coast since it is right by the beach and walkable to a lot of places! Will come back for sure!

We were able to check in early and offered free parking as some unexpected council water works were proceeding that night. Our child then fell critically ill needing hospitalization by pure chance. Cant thank the night duty guy enough who went above and beyond to help change bedding at 3am and provide extra linen. Prior to this full kitchen and views to ocean and generous living space were enjoyed!

Clean and very tidy room, free Foxtel, so many features included, basically it was fully contained unit.
