Not a great location. Wish we had stayed at the Sheraton right at the hotel as we were flying out the next morning. This hotel is in a business park. Still cost 30 bucks to get a cab there, as the shuttle was impossible to find and the gal on the phone was new and unable to explain where we catch the shuttle. Although we asked three airport workers and they couldn’t tell us either.

Loved the location, got the best food court and coin laundry right across as well as the center of everything. Bathrooms were clean and this means a lot where its hard to find updated decent bathrooms even in 5 star hotels in brussel

Perfect location, friendly staff. Room had dust under the radiator and caulk in the shower had mold. As did the windowsill in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. No view out the Windows and hall way was pitch black until you walked a few feet into it. Slept well. Appreciated the ceiling fan and AC.

Rooms clean. Excellent staff. Great breakfast. However minimal tea and coffee in the rooms with only paper cups supplied. Also power points for the kettle not conveniently situated.
These were the only minus points in an otherwise great stay.
