9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,003 reviews)
My wife and I love Graduate hotels, they are really always the best to stay at. Normally don't ever have a bad experience. This last stay probably wasn't the best but not to ever deter us from staying there again. When we arrived the room wasnt ready and we arrived almost and hour and half after check in, it took another 30 minutes for a room to be ready. The room seemed off a bit. Obviously it was cleaned but usually there is an extra chair and table in the room and this room was bare, just the bed and a desk way off to the side, Again nothing to deter. The room we had was super noisy and just not comfortable. It seemed like the bed was missing like the box spring or something. The experience wasnt great, again things that would not stop me from staying there again just a disappointing stay. You can't win them all.
