The styling, cleanliness, the atmosphere were all amazing.

Very helpful staff. Hotel had everything we needed. Right by the airport. Short drive to downtown. Great service. Comfortable stay.

The staff helped us with directions to find a couple of places in St. John's until we figured out our Map program. They also helped smooth over an issue that was no fault of theirs but they facilitated a positive transition and solution when my travel partner found out her flight reservation was from St.John, N.B. and not St. John's, Nfld. The breakfasts were dynamic and a great start to the day. The room was very clean and perfect for us - the view was less than ideal as I think we looked out at the swimming pool roof -but we were not here for the hotel view! I have a couple of suggestions and the first is lighting. Overhead lighting would be helpful and we found the rooms not bright enough. I know that outdoor weather is a variant but St. John's does get a lot of fog and cloudy days so a brighter room would be better. The other issue is recycling. I do not know what the situation is in Nfld. but I would like to see more choices that are environmentally responsible. So I hate the throw away, disposable breakfast plates, bowls, cutlery etc. There is a recycling waste area but it is confusing as all regulations vary depending on where you arel If you are truly open to recycling you should explain what goes exactly where and not assume that people know that a dirty paper plate cannot be recycled so it has to go in the waste. All plastics are dealt with differently. A simple guideline in the rooms and in the breakfast area would be really helpful.

Great check in process. Room was very clean and nice. Shuttle in the morning ti the airport was perfect.
