Nice location pretty close to the airport and within walking distance to shopping and food options. Room was big however furniture looked pretty old. Hotel looks like it has been renovated, lots of light and great views but some pieces of furniture look extremely old. Staff is helpful but most struggled with English, if you get a chance try the breakfast well worth it.

Pretty well maintained, it was so nice to have this much space in a hotel. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed as well.
The staff were also lovely! I asked the front desk if they could help me book a haenyeo experience close by and they called them for me. Thanks GoldOne!

Hotel was amazing, very good location on the waterfront, pool area has potential to do more ie: pool bar more drink varieties, snacks.
Rooms were very spacious, hallway air flow could improve though going from a/c elevator to no ac to a/c room
Considering the hotel is fairly new, it would be one to come back to in the future.
Also Jeju itself is amazing

Location is great, parking is easy. The room is ok, but I did not get a high floor with view as requested. Staff were efficient and helpful. But lobby toilet was really terrible - dirty and stink. Really a put off even though it is conveniently located at the lobby.
