I joined a queue behind one of these customers, but when it was my turn, was told that i was not indeed next. I then asked where was the queue, and the lady didnt even know. I’ve been fortunate to travel to around 50 countries and stay at about 20 different resorts, but this one truly stole my heart. It is by far the most beautiful place I have ever experienced, both inside and out. From the moment you step into the reception area—absolutely mind-blowing—you can feel the magic of this resort. Everything is spotless; it’s so clean you could eat off the floors. The staff are exceptionally polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. This resort isn’t just a stay—it’s an unforgettable experience that sets a whole new standard for hospitality. 5 stars not enough for this place!!!

It was away from the bustling city. Peaceful and quiet!

The hotel was fine and within walking distance to the smaller market. Either the fault of Expedia or the hotel, breakfast was not included nor was the rooftop garden with the hot tubs. I chose this hotel for the photos of the rooftop hot tubs but they were an additional $22 per use. Disappointing.
