North Metro East All inclusive Vacations

Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job.

Overall it was a positive experience but we were VERY disappointed when we found out our daughter couldn’t swim all weekend. We would not have booked it if we had known that.

Property was old and outdated. We were on the 10th floor and the roof of the lower areas was peiced together. The are to the pool and gym was a long and delapadated area. Popcorn ceilings and out dated rooms.

The heated pool was great for the kids and the staff great

Excellent staff! I was upgraded to a deluxe room from a standard at check-in. Servers and bartenders were kind and helpful and the food and drinks were delicious.
