I had a great stay.
It was just unfortunate that the spa facilities were not open. It would have been helpful if the hotel had mentioned this at the point of booking as for me the spa was a plus point in making the decision to stay there

Most hotel staff were excellent but some let the others down. Hotel has 2 restaurants casual and formal. Both nice and suit the occassion. Copacabana area is dirty, tired and you need to be super careful. We were advised this at check in.

I do not speak Portuguese. The staff was very helpful and always did their best to communicate with me. The breakfast here is very good. The view from the rooftop is amazing. Although the pool on the rooftop is quite small it’s still a beautiful area. This hotel is in a great location, shopping and restaurants nearby.
