Decent hotel right inside the airport. Pool was a hit with the kid.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and very helpful. On our last day the area got a ton of snow and a staff member was going around clearing all the vehicles in the lot. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Hotel Boulderado was absolutely incredible. All of the rooms my family stayed in were beautiful and clean. The staff at the front desk and bars were friendly and very helpful. I felt very well taken care of and appreciated during my stay and so did my parents.

Great place. Not really able to walk to too many things. But hotel was very nice and pretty . The hot tub could’ve used a better cleaning . There were homeless people close to the hotel but are harmless and don’t bother you. If you have a car even better because there are a lot of good stores and fast food close by like within 5 minutes. I’d go again. Room was clean and room service came everyday . Balconies could be bigger

I am very disappointed. First, Expedia doesn’t tell you about the deposit you have to cough up before you have paid for the room in full. It has been 7 days and I STILL haven’t received my deposit back! The people at the Hyatt assured me,upon check out, that it should only take 1-3 days! That money was for other things and ruined them. Of course had I known about it I wouldn’t have booked my stay there in the first place! Also, the parking garage, attached to the hotel, is not explained at check in. So be prepared to deal with an unmanned 3rd party company who will only let you out of the garage if you pay or can insert the room key OR if you pay OR cause a fuss! No explaining of how to exit the garage or questions about where you parked…providing them with ample opportunity to make sure you are aware of their parking garage rules, or costs associated with visitors etc. I’m 61 years old and don’t, actually CAN’T, read the fine print! I’m sure I’m not alone on that!

The First Lady I spoke to was trying to over charge me and didn’t take a look and see that the third party booking messed up my prices. She had an attitude and was a little condescending. On the other hand Jerome helped me to the fullest and had a great attitude and perfect customer service.
