There were a lot of positive attributes about this hotel and others I was less impressed by. Positives: it was clean, centrally located, the temperature control was responsive and the staff, when you could with them, were great. Negatives: the digital checkin was confusing and frustrating. Putting in my passport didn't work, and typing in my name was equally useless as my name was not spelled in their system precisely the way I spell it. The hotel is huge and was very, very busy, and at times the elevators simply could not keep up. I don't think all of them were working, which exacerbated the situation. Although the room was great, the bathroom was small and subpar. Overall, decent hotel, but I have had much better VFM in Toronto.
