We specifically asked for cribs for our infants and we were assured that it will be available upon our arrival. Arriving after hours of travel, they said that they have no more cribs available. It was very disappointing. Beware if traveling with infants, bring your own crib. Additionally, after paying extra for a nice view, we got a low floor where another wing of the building was blocking our view. They thankfully allowed us to change rooms after some pleading. Otherwise the hotel was nice, clean and pleasant.
