We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night stay at Crowne Plaza Utown Beijing. Particular shoutout to Maria, Musa, and Ivy for making our stay so welcoming and comfortable, and for being very supportive when we encountered urgent issues. We appreciate the impeccable service and hotel facilities/provisions and would happily return for another visit next time we head to Beijing

Very so. Just the restaurant people were not as nice. Maybe because of the language burial.
But i didn't feel welcome to the restaurant every time i was there....

It was perfect for me, a first time visitor to China. The staff were very cheerful and friendly. They spoke to me in English which was very helpful as I did not know any Chinese. Every morning there was a delicious breakfast and coffee. I would like to also personally thank and appreciate Julie and Mia who made special efforts to make my stay a pleasant one. Thank you staff at the East Sacred Hotel.
