I enjoyed my time at paradise point hotel. I would say that my main complaint was the distance our room was away from the pool. Restaurants and the lobby. It made it a bit of a hassle, even with a vehicle. Plus the nightly fee of $45 for parking on top of an almost $50 resort fee per night was excessive and surprising. If staff were more willing to help give rides back and forth to our room it would have made my time here more relaxing. But with the heat, it wasn’t very enjoyable.

We loved staying at SLS everytime we were visiting LA. 10 years ago was great...but not anymore. Seems like the hotel needs urgently a good renovation, or at least a good cleaning and paint. Carpets are dirty and smells badly. Furniture in the room looks already dated and overused. 5 star hotel? Nah

Very much enjoyed our stay before our cruise. The staff was excellent. Enjoyed drinks and dinner at their bar. It was busy and the bartender was working very hard to get to everyone. She was great! Made an excellent lemon drop!! Room was clean. Shower was excellent. The whole stay, very enjoyable. This is our new favorite place to stay before cruising!
