Point Pleasant - Toms River All inclusive Vacations

I always enjoy staying at this property when I come to the KOP area. And it’s the holiday season now and the hotel looks very festive

I am going back. What an amazing experience. Couldn't be happier.

The hotel was lovely and very clean. The location was great- lots of stuff was within walking distance. The elevators are very slow and breakfast was very problematic- there was a long wait and then there was literally no food. They said they would bring more but we waited over 45 minutes for them to bring food out. They did have gluten free bread, which was a nice surprise, but it took about 40 minutes to get it.

The hotel was incredible, the view is the best in the city. the rooms are amazing, and better yet, the staff are great.

Great location, fabulous food at their restaurant, nice upscale accommodations. Our only complaint is they allow dogs and we had a barking dog during dinner one evening.

Clean and comfortable

Two ladies that greeted me and my family when we arrived first day, they were amazing. Hard to find workers that care and make sure that your customers are satisfied. They did all that and some... Dislikes was hot water wasn't hot enough and issues with toilet bowl. Breakfast buffet was horrible, cold and it felt like it was all left or worse. Not worth $20

Room was in good condition, but I called the front desk to ask for an extra blanket (none in the room closet) and was told they were at capacity (it was Thanksgiving Eve) and they didn't have any! No extra blanket in a hotel? I don't care how full you are, but that is a basic function.
