Disney's Boardwalk All inclusive Vacations

Charged me ninety dollars on my card to check in, including a large resort fee they waived for another customer and not me. My friend also told me their Starbucks was not actually Starbucks and tasted terrible and they had to throw it out. You can't reach them on the phone and they didn't reply after hours waiting to the text they told me to message them at. They also "upgraded" my room to have a Jacuzzi, but the upgrade was a room next to the pool which was incredibly loud and didn't have the couch or sitting area so kind of a wash. Comfortable bed and convenient location though and the staff was nice.

They didn’t have any replacement toilet paper and no body wash in the shower

Overall it is a great property. The pool is nice, bar has good selection. Small little activities for the kids to do. The rooms themselves need some upgrades. The carpet looks dingy. The grout in the shower has some bad spots. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced as it’s old and isn’t comfortable. Just a side note… we had the firework view room, the view of the fireworks were great but it does mean you’re facing the highway which was loud. We had a great time here though!! The location is perfect.

The breakfast is always great, happy hour is a nice touch and the pool is always clean
