Great stay . Would stay again !

Great location, wonderful stay! Our stay was awesome! The location was everything—extremely walkable and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The only downside was the limited bathroom space for a large party, which required a bit of coordination in the mornings. Overall, a great place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it for the location alone!

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were beautiful, however we did not have any hot water. Went down to the desk and they seemed like that was a common problem. She stated that sometimes the higher floors do not get hot water??? To me, that was a problem. Insisted they give me another room to shower in. That was my only complaint

I stay at this property last year when it was under a different owner and absolutely loved it. Fast forward to this year, I was thoroughly surprised to know that it had re-opened! We instantly settled on staying there. The property was easy to find and perfectly situated just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. Very easy to access, clean, spacious, comfortable and most of all we felt safe. The pool is such an added bonus! It's situated on the rooftop and made for a nice afternoon wind down. The owner was always accessible and offered wonderful recommendations. We were locked out in the middle of the night and had to call the customer service line and they had us back inside within second. The coffee shop/bar downstairs is such a fun surprise! Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed how convenient the hotel’s location was to everything. We enjoyed sitting by the pool each day. We also liked the extra security of having to use our room card to have the evaluator take us to our floor.

Parking very expensive @ $50 /day

Historic buildings in that area need maintenance while maintaining the integrity of the original building style & code. The Dauphine Hotel needs work. I used incense because the room smelled old or moldy. The rug definitely needs to be changed.

This is an older property in an older residential area. Limited parking in area, as mostly street parking They have secure parking at $45+ per night. Small pool looked nice, but we did not use. Small bar also on property. Checking in can be difficult, only due to no available parking in front of building. Rooms are very basic, but we were happy with all that was provided. We left car and walked to everything as getting around area in car is a challenge, especially at night. Close walking distance to Bourbon st. , Frenchman street, which is a calmer live music area. Close to riverfront as well. Overall we were very happy with our stay here and would recommend. We are in our early 60s and we're not bothered by the amount of walking other than the heat. Welcome to the south!
