No pressure in shower at all, parking was next door, window very noisy with cold air coming in and noise from wind outside room gothic and need attention and loving

Everything about Boxotel was so lovely, cozy, organized, clean, an absolute delight. Nabil (not sure how to spell?), the front desk staff we interacted with most, was the most accomodating and ensured our stay was as convenient and relaxing as possible. He was truly so lovely to interact with. The rooms were equipped with kitchenware to cook, wonderful laundry machines, clean bathrooms, and really comfortable beds. No notes. The place was perfect. To top it off we sauna and steamed every day! Thank you Boxotel!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a great size for our family of four. Breakfast was a warm buffet with eggs made to order which was fantastic and included with our stay.

Loved our stay here. It was the perfect location between old Montreal and downtown. The tunnels were a 2 min walk outside to get to the underground city tunnels. The staff were really good and we even got upgraded to a suite. If we were to go back to Montreal we would stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean.
