We love the capsule coffee maker at room

Helpful staff. If I needed anything, it was brought to my room in minutes. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The tiled kitchen/lounge floor was dirty The general decor was well used and past its best. The complete absence of staff meant the issues we had had to be dealt with phone and email and was unsuccessful and the issues were never resolved. We wasted to much of our valuable time waiting for someone to fix the door access The place was soulless

Great place to stay. Located a nice 15-20 minute walk to downtown, but within minutes of multiple great dining options. We saw lots of wildlife outside while sitting on the balcony (elk, deer)! The hot pools were fantastic and staff was great.

Excellent location and wonderful hotel!! It was close to everything in Banff and had the best view of the mountain
